Less to remember. More room to think.

Out of your head.
Into your inbox.

Catch it while it’s there

Life doesn’t arrive
as a to-do list.

Give the loose ends a place to land. You can sort them out when you have time.

A passing thought

Type it. Send it. Get back to what you were doing.

Something to say

Keep the original voice memo. No need to turn every thought into text.

Something you see

A whiteboard, a good idea, a little reminder. Take a photo and keep moving.

Something you find

Share a link, text or file from another Android app to Pocket Inbox.

Capture now. Decide later.

Your head is for ideas.
Give them a home.

Pocket Inbox handles the collecting part. Your task app stays the place where you organise, review and do the work.

01

Connect your inbox

Pick your task app and the list or project you want to use. Set it up once.

02

Catch the thought

Open a capture, use a home-screen widget, or share from another app.

03

Send. And carry on.

Send to your chosen destination. Check the outbox whenever you need to.

Fits your existing system

Your tools.
Your kind of inbox.

Use your custom Inbox list in ClickUp, a Todoist project, a Trello list or an Asana project. No email detour, and no new task manager to maintain.

The thought you caught, ready to review when you are.

Text, links, photos, voice memos and files. Choose any accessible list, including your own Inbox.

No signal? Keep the thought.

Android saves the capture locally first. Queued items can send when a connection returns.

Know where it stands.

The outbox distinguishes saved, queued and sent captures. Uncertain deliveries need a check.

A smaller footprint.

No ads or analytics in the app. Direct integrations send to your chosen provider.

A small app. In the right places.

Wherever the thought
finds you.

Built around the moments between things. Each version has its own, focused job.

Android

Text, voice, photos, files and sharing. A compact widget puts capture on your home screen.

Private testing

Chrome

Capture a note, selected text, a link or the page you’re looking at, without leaving your browser.

In development

Wear OS

Record a voice memo on your watch and hand it to the paired Android app.

In development

Pocket Inbox is not publicly released yet. Chrome currently captures text and links; the watch needs the companion Android app. No iPhone version is available.

A few small
questions.

Is Pocket Inbox a task manager?

No. It is a quick way to collect things into the system you already use. Plan, organise and review in your usual task app.

Does it work with Todoist attachments?

Direct Todoist delivery currently supports text and links. For photos, voice memos and files, use ClickUp, Trello or Asana, or an Android sharing destination that accepts them.

Is it available to download?

Not publicly yet. The Android app is in private testing, with Chrome and Wear OS versions in development. Store links and pricing will be added when they are ready.

Is this an official GTD app?

No. Pocket Inbox is an independent Little Beetle app, inspired by capturing ideas before organising them, including the capture principle in David Allen’s Getting Things Done® methodology. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by David Allen Company.

What happens to my captures?

The Android app saves captures locally before delivery. Direct connections use your chosen task provider’s API. The website demo never records, stores or sends your text, audio or photos. See the privacy page for the differences.
